  • This incident occurred within Frederick County, MD(If the incident occurred within the municipal boundaries of Frederick City, town of Thurmont, town of Brunswick, town of Walkersville, or the town of Mt. Airy, please contact those local police departments to file your police report. Note: The Maryland State Police has primary jurisdiction in the town of Walkersville.)
  • There are No Known suspects?
  • This did not occur on an Interstate or Maryland State Highway/Route (excluding Maryland State Route 85 and Route 355)
